When it's relevant

You need to discuss results, review a plan or follow something up, and you do not need to be examined.

Why it's worth a visit

Telehealth saves a trip when it suits the problem. It does not replace an examination when one is needed.

How your GP can help

Your GP calls you by phone or video at the booked time. If they need to see you in person, they will say so.

Who can help

All of our GPs can help with this.

Book with your regular doctor, or with whoever is available. Meet our doctors.

Your questions answered

A few of the things people often wonder about before booking. If there's something else on your mind, just ask, we're always happy to talk it through.

Who can book telehealth?

Established patients who have attended in person within the past 12 months, with some exceptions under Medicare rules.

Is it the same fee?

Yes. Telehealth is charged at the same fee as an in-person appointment of the same length.

What if the doctor calls and I miss it?

They will try again. If you cannot be reached, a missed appointment fee may apply.

Ready when you are.

Book online at any time, or call the front desk during opening hours.
