Booking an appointment
A little planning helps us give you the time and attention you need.
Before you book
-
Online — Book anytime through HotDoc, choose your doctor and a time that suits you.
By phone — Prefer to talk to someone? Call us on 02 9144 7340 and our front desk team will find a time that works. -
A standard 15-minute appointment is generally suitable for one straightforward concern.
Please book a longer appointment if you would like to discuss several concerns, your mental health, a complex or ongoing condition, or if you require a form, assessment or detailed review, this gives your doctor enough time to understand your needs without your appointment feeling rushed.
Some services require a specific appointment type, including procedures, vaccinations, infusions, health assessments and appointments with our nursing team.
Telephone appointments are available in selected circumstances but may not be suitable for every concern. If you'd like an interpreter or any other support, just let us know when you book.
-
New patients are always welcome. When you book online, we'll send you a registration link with your confirmation, so there's no paperwork waiting for you here. Please have your Medicare and any concession card details available.
For everything you need before your first visit, including how to bring your records with you, see our New Patients page.
-
Our front desk can take a message but can't give clinical advice or interpret results. For how we handle messages and test results, see our Patient Information page.
-
If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time to someone else who needs it. You can reschedule through your HotDoc app, within your original booking confirmation, or by calling the front desk during opening hours. A fee of $50 applies to missed appointments or cancellations with less than 4 hours' notice.
If your concern is urgent
If you believe your concern requires urgent attention, please call the practice and explain this to our front desk team so the appropriate clinical triage can be arranged. Online bookings, emails and website messages are not monitored for emergencies.
